Having identified a market gap in the digital transformation of pharmacies and drugstores, and in consumer access to health and well-being services, I developed and launched an online platform to fill this gap.

I connected with the innovation environment, participating in various events and interacting with other entrepreneurs, startups, mentors, accelerators and investors, in addition to following the main stages of an early-stage startup.

I launched the platform on the market and managed to form partnerships with pharmacies and drugstores, as well as customer registration, where we were able to make successful sales, simplifying access to health and well-being services for consumers. Unfortunately, due to some peculiarities, we were unable to make the company viable.

OGMO-ES needed to provide and improve IT services and systems to support its port operations, therefore, they needed an IT coordinator to help them with this mission.

I led the IT team, managing various services, such as contracts with suppliers, workstations, computer servers, internal and external networks, software factory, backups, among others.

We are able to achieve greater stability and security of IT infrastructure and systems, improving operational efficiency and reducing downtime.

We ensured the migration of several clients to our systems, we successfully customized the solution for large clients such as Americanas Express (formerly Blockbuster), improving system functionality and user experience.
